- Must be a citizen of a KOICA partner country.
- Age: Preferably under 40 years.

- Education: Must have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) by February 28, 2025.
- Experience: Preferably two years of relevant work experience.
- Language: Strong command of English (speaking and writing).
- Restriction: Individuals who have previously received scholarships from KOICA or the Korean government for a degree program are not eligible.

Application Procedure
- Document Submission: Submit application documents to KOICA Nepal Office or the Korean Embassy by January 20, 2025. Documents include:

- Valid Passport Copy
- Local Interview: Conducted by the KOICA Nepal Office.
