Nepal Health Sector Strategic Plan 2023–2030
The sector-wide plan that follows NHSS 2015–2020. It guides investment toward universal health coverage and the 2030 SDG health targets.

Tobacco Products (Control and Regulation) Act, 2068 (2011)

Nepal's tobacco control law. It bans smoking in public places, bans tobacco advertising and requires large pictorial health warnings on packs.
Drugs Act, 2035 (1978)

The founding law for medicines regulation in Nepal. It created the Department of Drug Administration and controls how drugs are produced, imported, sold and used.
Nepal Medical Council Act, 2020 (1964)
नेपाल मेडिकल काउन्सिल ऐन, २०२०
Regulates the medical profession. Doctors must be registered with the Nepal Medical Council to practise, and the Council sets professional and ethical standards.

Nepal's whole-of-government plan to reduce stunting, wasting and anaemia. Health, agriculture, WASH, education and local governments all have roles in it.
